Hi CrimsonMoon there is a lot of stuff in Carrara and ren_mem is correct in recommending the manual as your first source, you could also go to lynda.com there is a great video tutorial for Carrara 5 but it not free.

Check out eovia3d.net for some tutorials on C5 another great source of information.
