Hi Nigel! Nice to hear from you. Sorry your having problems. On the last page of the checkout there is a option to "Use Store Credit:". You simply place the amount you would like to use in the box and hit the "Apply" button. It will deduct this amount from your order total. You can make payment for this order to payments@renderosity.com on Paypal. If you want to us in-store credit I may have to have the order purged so you can start again. Let me know. Clint
