You can see the EE Doc Smith range in reasonable detail at the link... I believe he did most, if not all of these - I have a number of them reproduced in Paper Tiger books identified as his... As far as I can tell Chris Foss was the man Panther turned to when they wanted a science fiction cover in the early '70's...
