I have my share of spyware security and virus security stuff..still, after the fact is too late if in a "weak moment" a link is clicked and info is given to a phisher. When totally not sure I write the honest site and send a copy of the email, link, etc. 100% of the time so far, all suspicious stuff has been spoof messages and dark side links.
