Same security software and settings on both machines? What happens if you copy the dzpz3importer.dll from your laptop to the equivalent folder on the system where it isn't working? Can you perform 3Delight (software) renders on the non-working system, or create primitives with the PrimitivesPlus plugin (free from DAZ if you don't have it)?
