You CAN use Poser to animate etc from Autocad BUT But.. Autocad does not generate uvmap information, and neither does Poser do it automatically. So, unless you use Poser5 or Poser6 materials that do not use image maps, but rather procedural nodes (noise, clouds, etc) as your textures, you will have solid color materials. You need a uvmapping program, like uvmapper, ultimate unwrap3d, deep uv, etc, to pre-process your autocad model before importing it to Poser.
