I do render everything in Carrara 4Pro. But lately I have not been doing a lot of Poser stuff (no time and back problems). But Mon Star was rendered in Carrara, I composited multiple renders in Photoshop, so this might not be the best representation... If you go to the galleries here and select the topic Carrara/RDS you can pick out the ones with Poser figures in them.
