I use Get Right as my DL manager. It has a free version, no restrictions. As shareware though, you will definitely run into some "nagging" after a while. It's a low price program if you decide to buy it and register tho. As a dial-up user, that program really comes in handy, but some sites won't accept it, like DAZ, for instance. So I keep my fingers crossed when I can't D/L with Get Right and have to use the system D/L'er.
