I would ask Agent Smith about different options on how to sell them here at renderosity maybe.I'm not too sure on how france does stuff(like that permit you mentioned).You could probably find someone to be a "dealer" in the USA and give them a 10% cut of profits, then wire the rest to you privately through paypal as a donation or something.I'm not too sure.....Sweet stuff though.
