You can use the DTE to build your own procedurals though :) The DTE is very powerfull and it's a shame not many people ever get to know it at all. I've made a tutorial a while ago that will take you through every step of making a DTE procedural from scratch. It'll explain just 'bout every part of the DTE if I remember correctly.
