claudiomil, You may want to check any SPAM filters you've got or if your ISP is filtering for SPAM. They may be filtering it incorrectly, but most usually have a white list of domains and addresses to always accept even if it looks like SPAM. I've noticed that this has become a pretty common problem when I try to respond to support requests or send the "thanks for buying" email.
