As with so much in this life, it comes down to what you want. MW3 & Vue 5 are fundamentally different packages - MW3 is a procedural fractal landscape generator that is in a class of it's own. Even though Vue 5 now has the ability to create procedural terrains, it is nowhere near MW3 in terms of capability. On the other hand, Vue 5 has the built in vegetation generator, and the atmosphere editing controls are much easier to use. Also, it has the new lighting models which are superb.
