Daz has some sets for males and female models called "Goth as Fashion" with several add-on texture sets. Just do a search on "goth". If you join Daz right now, and then go to the "Looking for Sponsorship to the Platinum Club" thread in their forums, you will get a month's free trial of the platinum club, and you can buy (I think) all the Goth as Fashion packs for $1.99 each.
