Ah, think I've solved your problem. In Tools>Options>General uncheck "Load Images for the originating website only". If you look at Tools>Page Info>Links & Media you'll see that the buttons are actually generated from http://a124.e.akamai.net but link to esd.element5.com, the outfit that handles Eovia's transactions.
