That red devil is a good piece of work. It reminds me a little of a character in that disney cartoon movie, Hercules, but it's sufficiently different to be safe. Maybe you could turn out the toes, i.e. rotate the feet out to give it a more humorous posture. That and bow legs, where they bend out to the sides slightly at the knee.
