I'm not sure about the Academy of Art's definition but I can give you our household definition. In our house "nudity" is any image which intends to arouse an individual. Pubic hair and nipples can be classified as nudity depending on the situation. I don't think there is a clear cut definition of nudity. That's just my opinion though. I like your picture.
