I had the same problem. I e-mailed them, but got a bot reply instead of an actual person. When I filled out another of their question forms, the same thing happened, so I doubt either of them got through. Do we have something set wrong? I have a firewall and virus protection program running and really don't want to cut them off just to fill out a form.
