Ok, just to be sure... On sensitivity, we're talking about if you move a dial, setting it jump by 0.02 increments and so forth. When I do full body morphs, after saving within Poser, I open the file up in Cr2 Builder and set those sensitivities there. At a certain point, I no longer save within Poser - instead using a treeview capable text editor. Yup, saving from Poser will mess it up - same thing with locking dial settings and initial settings.
