LOLOL--Scarab, you have BIG problems. I think you have some sort of 'bad' download or something. Anyhow, a particular peculiar problem. I'd write them with particulars. Did you try downloading again with your 'second' download?? If that is not still available, then I think you will have to get a new model from them--your problem is pretty bizarre G. Diane B
