Peabody,

Most recent Macs have software available to extract ZIP files so that is not usually a problem. The only ugly thing I've run into is the way Macs save metadata describing the file, where the PC uses the extension to determine the type of file. For my particular setup it works most of the time, but if I try to open a file from the browser tray without the creator codes set under OS9, Carrara doesn't like it. I can do a File|Open fine.

Since I work on both sides of the fence, feel free to send me what you are going to post. I can open, save it on the Mac (so the creator codes are all set up right), stuff it into a SIT file (the traditional Mac compression utility), and send it back to you. Then you can post PC and Mac versions. You can get my email from our site on the About Us page.
