Gallery of the week is the Horror Genre. Thousands of gruesome and weird images are posted in the horror genre at Renderosity. I was impressed with the variety of subjects in this genre; yes, you get the vampires, zombies and aliens, but there are an amazing amount of landscapes, houses, alien worlds and even fractal art. TruForm lives up to his name! Read the interview with our Vendor of the Month for May, TruForm. Hailing from South Africa, TruForm is "an entirely self taught artist". If you spend 10 minutes in his store and gallery at Renderosity, I think you'll see that he did a very good job of self-teaching.

Maxon's Cineversity Newsletter for May is now out. This month's new offerings feature a great tutorial series on packaging design, the first six presentations at NAB 2017 (watch for the rest over the next month) and our ongoing series of Quick Tips.
GPU Technology Conference took place this last week in San Jose, CA. This amazing conference, created and managed by NVIDIA, is one of my favorites as it focuses in on tomorrow's technologies like artificial intelligence, deep learning and virtual reality.
