It is with great sadness that we hear about the passing of Duane Davis, known to the Renderosity Community as artist navysquid, on November 12, 2006.(Link)

From his wife Tammey Davis:

"He was a great man with a big heart and a loud sense of humor. He loved to laugh, and up until his death he found humor in everything. He was a poet at heart, always writing or creating something. He loved country music and had a beautiful voice. He was a member of the US Navy. He was also a black belt in tae kwon do and won several awards and was even presented with several honorary swords from being a guest at tournaments. He was also a very religious man whom I was proud to call my husband."

The Renderosity Community extends our deepest sympathies and best wishes to Duane's family and friends. He will be greatly missed. Please join with us in sending Duane's family and friends our condolences.

We also invite you to take a few moments to view Duane's Renderosity Art Gallery.
