Hello, visitor! I go by the username Archon3D. I have a bachelor of arts in English from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. While my expertise is in writing, I'm also a digital art hobbyist who works with Daz Studio in my spare time.
My fascination with art began when I was a child. In elementary school, I was enthralled by zoology, paleontology, and the performing arts, so I developed a hobby out of drawing animals and performers I had seen in books, on television, and face-to-face. When I was an adolescent, this fascination with art drove me to study drawing at the Indianapolis Art Center for over a year in the early 2000s. But when my interests shifted to other disciplines in the humanities (theology, philosophy, history, and writing), I abandoned the art world. However, my interest in art never died completely. During my time in college, I took two art history courses and one art appreciation course, all of which I excelled in, to increase my knowledge of art and art history.
While I discovered Daz in 2010, I didn't start using this brilliant software until 2015. I've taught myself how to use Daz Studio by watching dozens of videos and reading posts in Daz's forums and on Daz users' websites. I'm fascinated by the Bible, fantasy, history, science fiction, and human anatomy. Hence, the 3D renders I upload here are inspired by those subjects.
Even though I have a degree in English and have been working with Daz Studio since 2015, I continue to improve my writing and digital art skills. And I'm always coming up with new ideas for what I write and render. Therefore, any render I upload here may be updated or deleted any time if I believe it can be improved or if I no longer desire to display it.
Since my expertise is in writing and I'm only a hobbyist, I'm usually not open to commissions. But I hope you enjoy my work as much as I do.
