Renderosity Management Changes
New VP of Renderosity, Copyright Agent and Marketplace Manager


Nashville, TN (PRWEB) October 5, 2006 - Today, Bondware, Inc. announced the promotion of Jenifer Carey to VP of the Renderosity division, Clint Hawkins to Renderosity Copyright Agent/Marketplace Manager and Deborah Montique to Renderosity Marketplace Manager, effective immediately.

Jenifer has served the Renderosity Art Community for many years in many different areas as the VP of Finance, Renderosity Copyright Agent, Marketplace Admin, Product Tester and Forum Admin. She has been with the community from the beginning and knows all the ins and outs of daily operations and management.

Jenifer will be taking over for Tim Choate, President of Bondware, to free him up to focus on other key development areas. "I am confident in Jenifer's abilities to handle every aspect of the Renderosity Art Community," said Choate. "I have worked with her for 11 years and trust that she will do an excellent job. She cares about the community and has watched Renderosity grow from day one. She has what it takes to steer Renderosity in the right direction."

Clint Hawkins will be taking on the responsibility of Renderosity Copyright Agent. His experience as Renderosity Marketplace Manager, technical expertise and understanding of copyrights make him an ideal candidate to assume this role while continuing to support the vendors and buyers as a Marketplace Manager.

In addition, Renderosity also announced that Debbie Montique was promoted to Renderosity Marketplace Manager, to serve along side Clint Hawkins. The phenomenal growth of the Marketplace required an additional Manager be in place to provide the best level of vendor service and customer care. Their areas of responsibility will be equally shared.

Debbie has been with Renderosity since 2000, first as a member and a vendor, then as tester and later Marketplace Admin. "I know I'm personally excited about the changes and what is in store for us going forward.", commented Clint Hawkins. "It feels fresh and exciting!"

The entire Renderosity Admin team is excited about these changes and are eager to begin working and supporting both staff members in their new positions.

There have been a lot of changes at Renderosity over this past year. With the completion of the conversion of the entire website close at hand and the continued growth, the time is right for new leaders to help by stepping out from among the ranks and taking the reigns of the place hundreds of thousands of artists call home.

I was also surprised at the mention of 450,000 members? Why does it usually only show approximately 2,000 members online at any one, given time?
