More Info

We have now added the ability to track items in our CGSprees! The CGSpree is a sale, with a random item being offered at a random percentage for - you guessed it - a random amount of time! This is the easiest way to track the sales in real time so that you do not miss any of the specials you will find in a CGSpree. The feed for CGSpree will only have one item at a time so long as a CGSpree is in effect. So make sure you keep an eye on your CGSpree feed for the quickest deals in the MarketPlace!

Not sure what an RSS feed does exactly? You can read here for a breakdown of what RSS is and how it works. RSS feeds can be read directly within your browser if supported, or you can have a separate 'feed reader' on your computer as third party software or built into your mail reader (such as Outlook 2007). Click here for an extensive list of RSS feed readers, also known as feed aggregators.

Users of Internet Explorer 7 (or later) and Firefox 1.5 (or later) can read their RSS feeds directly within their browser. If you are using an earlier version of either browser (or a different browser altogether), please check out the RSS feed reader list above to determine which is your best option.

Do you use iGoogle for your homepage? If so, you can add Renderosity RSS feeds directly to your iGoogle page! Just click on the Add to Google link below for each feed that you would like displayed on your page:

This is glorious news. what is an RSS? OK, I noticed the page exaplaining that the acronym stands for "really simple" something or other - followed by a page of what reminded me of analytical geometery class.
Alright, I'm being a luddite. Someday I will no doubt appreciate this.

I'd love it if there was an "On sale" or "Clearance" RSS feed listing items as they are flagged as such. It'd be cool to be notified of these great deals, or be warned that something might be going away.

I love this mow I can see what is new from my homepage as well, plus give others a chance to see some great artists, Thanks.

potter_fan,

We are discussing having an "On Sale" listing in the RSS feeds:)

Some of the other sites have a RSS feed that we can use for advertising, it has our affiliate codes in it, which is nice because we can dedicate a page on our website for it instead of just a small banner ad. How about doing something like that?

Nice but what about other providers, ie, Yahoo.com, no mention of them being used, yet I prefer them to Google.

The Marketplace WhatsNew RSS feed is very useful. I have also just added the CG Spree feed to my Google Reader.

Should I be asking for a Freebie RSS feed as well, now..... ??? heheheh.

Blarg, error in the Sale Feed :(

I would love to see a feed for new posts by people we have favorited. Even with using rules to tag all email from Renderosity into its own folder, the notifications of new postings has gotten to the level of SPAM noise. An RSS feed would make this far easier to track and visit the new images people are posting.

By: SupMA5TER on 10/18/10
It would be nice to have a feed for What's New in FreeStuff category also!

How do we add Rendo RSS feeds to Outlook 2007? All I see is the IGoogle links....

By: Nephanor on 6/30/14
Images no longer load on RSS feeds since the update to the site.
