First things first. You will see that you have a navbar on your left, right and top. The one at the top is basically a the same as the one on the left.
To start of press ‘3’ on your keyboard to switch to the render tab.
(1=model; 2=animate; 3=render; 4=simulate)
Now switch the bottom left viewport to the ‘rendertree’.
