im new at this, can i use some of the 3d models on daz studio and if i can, how do i download it to daz. thank you.

You need to contact the vendor directly for product support using D|S. Please be sure to read the product description first, because there are some vendors that do not offer product support for D|S.
You might also find it very useful to ask quesitons in the D|S forum since those are seasoned users of that software.
