How long does it take for my freestuff item to be approved?

Response

New freestuff uploads go into a pending state so a Renderosity staff member can review it before approval. This process can take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours. If there is a problem with the item, you will be contacted by a staff member letting you know what needs to be done to fix whatever issue has prevented your item from being approved.

If after 48 hours, you have not had an uploaded item approved or been contacted by staff, please send an email with the item name, and when it was uploaded to: admin@renderosity.com and a staff member will assist you.
