Hi - I received the message that i was at my download limit - and searched to see that my problem is probably that I used a download manager. Could you please reset my downloads, and I'll be sure to not use it in the future.

Hello.

 

I have reset your downloads for you on all purchases so that you may try downloading the item again. And yes, download managers do not work correctly with our site and will use up your available downloads. Please turn that off when downloading your purchases here at Renderosity.
