Understanding of your MarketPlace advertising

I wish to understand the reasoning behind the occassional advertised item that is shown with a blanked out image stating 'Advised Caution'.

I cannot see how the normal viewer is expected to make a purchase if he cannot see what he is purchasing.  

Can you please inform me how to overcome this system?

These items contain nudity which is why there is a "content advisery" image over them.

If you click into the image,you will see what exactly what is being sold.
