You will receive 5% of the total amount spent from the previous month but all the orders for the previous month have to add up to a minimum of $100 and are always issued on the first of the month.
Meaning, if you want to recieve Render Rewards on January 1st, the amount you spend in December has to be at least $100.00.
You can see if you have any by going to "My Account" under the "Members" tab and find the link that reads "Render Rewards", this is where you will see the gift certificate amount and code you can apply to your order.
