I am new to the 3D art world and I am currently learning to use Daz Studio and I'm having some difficulty with my latest Renderosity download purchase that I made...I loaded everything correctly into Daz, I tested it out nd everything worked great.

I closed down Daz for a break and when I reopened it, I had lost my texture content.

I can still apply the hair, but no textures...I even tried to reinstall the product but see no files now.

Can someone please assist me with this?

You will need to contact Daz for specific software support.

If you find that the textures are no longer on your hard drive, please contact store@renderosity.com with the order number, and they will reset your downloads for you.
