I admit to not being much of a shopper. We went to the mall that day in order to do camera tests. It always seems like such a foreign land to me! I admit to liking them, slightly, when I was a teenager and malls actually had multiple bookstores and record stores that you could stroll to. Ah, generally while eating ice cream or popcorn...but now, malls are just...well...um...bookless and music-less, but they do provide wonderful opportunities for people-watching. I love the visual excitement in this shot. There are so many surfaces, so many colors. I like this!

Chip makes a good point...no more books, no more music...I could spend hours in any of the old book chains...few left these days. Wait, there is an Anthony's Seafood Grill hiding in there! Oh, yes, the photo. Nice and sharp...even in the shade. I'll bet you didn't try spot metering in there though...next time:)
