Well guys looks like another Mega Storm for New England. Last one was Hurricane Sandy and now the Mother of all Storms, Blizzard 2013.Strange how both these storms appeared out of nowhere, two fronts, one from the North with frigid temps and another from the South with enough moisture to turn Mars into a water Planet. And they both collide at high tide to create massive flooding and severe beach erosion. Kind of odd, isn't it? Oh well, oddities abound these days in the merry old land of Oz. We are getting up to 3 feet of snow, all roads and highways are closed in my area at 2PM. The coast is getting hurricane force winds, visibility will be about 2 inches. And of course they throw in, for good measure, power outages. Too bad we didn't have bill outages. So I am Hunkering down as they say around here, good supply of liquids, candles, and a bizarre sense of humor. and remember, pay no attention to that man behind the curtain. Enjoy!

Fantastic image and lighting.
Could also be a shattered window.

I hope things won't be as bad as expected.
Figers crossed for you.

Shattery, (is that a word?). This piece certainly captures the essence of the cold.

The Northeast has certainly been battered lately, it's right in Gaia's crosshairs, I'd take the hint and Move the hell Inland away from the Atlantic. Way the hell inland, like Texas or New Mexico where all you have to worry about is Drought and Wildfires, LoL
Super work my friend, stay safe
**Peace**

I remember the Blizzard of '78, 3 feet of snow. Glad I'm in Florida. Bye the way, beautiful image!

We're used to this stuff, there was the big one of '77, a couple in the 80's I think we had a couple in the 90s .. and then there's the ice storms, and oh yeah, the surprise October Storm that came barreling in on Friday the 13th! Mother Nature sure has a sense of humor, huh?
But I sure don't remember all this kind of stuff hitting the Boston area! I think I saw that all of Massachusetts is under a driving ban.
I hope you are able to stay warm and cozy if the power goes out. That's the worst thing, to be cold in your own home. Keeping fingers crossed the worst of the stuff by-passes you guys despite what the weather gurus say.

awesome frac .. perfect for this time of year and the freak storms.
