Same place as the shot I posted yesterday, but this was that day we were there in the haze and fog. The tide was way out, and the far shore wasn't visible at all.

looks like a scene from some horror movie....."It came from the Sound" of course it would be a Grade B movie with cheesy effects and dumb teenagers....

lol.. horror movie, dumb teenagers.. hey! I got an idea, there's a serial killer in the camp, lets all get naked and jump in the shower.. and then we'll all split up and go check out those scary noises in the dark.

Yesterday you saw it...today you don't:) I must agree with Marilyn...I love a foggy day...I actually find something comforting about it. This photo transmits the feeling of that special armosphere to me. Well done hon:*

I can imagine each of those pieces of wood as a person, and the conversation ( very slow, of course) , which is taking place between them.
Or maybe the complete row is being inspected by the unit commanders.
Or none of that. It is great all three ways

An ancient battel was fought on this site. The defenders were overwhelmed and their fortress was destroyed. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Interesting the colors that resulted here! And, how different it looks from the previous photo, a totally different feeling to the place!

Such an amazing POV and mood those wooden and interesting poles are bringing here in your great capture, Tara.
I'm still 'in love' with those poles. :)

I think they always look better old and worn away than new and smart looking...
