This pic of JB was taken a while ago, the girls were at a place just about 20mins drive down the coast from us. It is called Horseshoe point, it is a lovely but dangerous place as the tide comes in very quickly round you. A good few years ago now some young boys were lost at sea & never found. The coast guard who worked very hard to find them committed suicide in the same place months later. very sad.
Behind JB you can see the ships coming into or going out of dock. Also on the right there is a fort, we have two of these in the sea, they protected our coast during the war. I always mean to get better pics to show you. There was talk of them becoming drug rehab places but nothing came of it. You can walk out to them at low tide. Wouldn't try it now though I am more sensible :o)

Thanks for continued best wishes for Miss M, she was a naughty girl today as she went upstairs & she shouldn't (it says in the letter). Just shows she is bored as they never go upstairs :o) xxx

Lovely pic of Miss Jasmine Barbara, and brings back memories when I used to live just up the road from there. My father was a river pilot on that Humber River for many years, it is very dangerous as the sandbanks are always on the move, and as you say the tide can come in and surround you before you know it. Good to hear that Meadow is getting much better, hug and love xxxxxxxxx

A gorgeous portrait of Miss Jasmine! Beautiful background with interesting historical information. It would be very cool to see pics of the fort if you ever get the chance to get some.

Lovely shot of Jasmine and the surrounding views ! Hope Meadow didn't do any damage going upstairs. Maya would hate it if she couldn't share sleep with us at night ;-)

That is a perfect Jasmine pose and photo. It is a good sign that Miss Meadow had the desire and energy to go upstairs. She must be feeling better and that is very good!
