"Not to alarm anyone...but I think we have company. There's a dark blue Ford Kuga parked in the next block behind you two cars back. They've been sitting there since they parked. Watch and see if they pull out when we leave. Guess it's time for Plan C, eh?" "Aren't you glad someone thought to have a Plan B and Plan C?" Clay smiled tightly. "I'm thinkin' Plan C. I wanta know who it is. You think it's Xian checking up on us?" "Pfffttt, could be Xian. Could be anyone really," Clay said closing the boot. "I don't want to endanger Sancha...or Altayr for that matter, until we know what he's capable of." "Aren't you the least bit curious?" Frank taunted him. "You know as well as I do, if we do enact Plan C and we let them catch up to us on some back road, we aren't going to get squat out of them and there won't be anything on them to identify them. Plan B, Frank. As I recall, you used to be the King of the Mountain Run on the weekends and this car will leave that crap SUV in the dust...unless they aren't runnin' stock...which I doubt. Probably a rental. Just do me a favor this time and remember which side of the road these people drive on. We're not endangering Sancha. Period." Frank rolled his eyes and he sighed heavily. "Alright. Guess I'm glad you're so damned chivalrous since you're married to my sister. You're gonna have to do some major navigatin' for me though, bud." "I already programmed the GPS," Clay grinned. "Let's go." "You think we should tell them?" "What kind of a question is that, Frank? We're all about bein' up front with the members of the team - of which they are now officially a part. Of course we should tell them...once we're sure the Kuga's tailing us."
