The temp here this morning is -40C. It is exactly at this point that Ferinheight and Celcius are exactly the same.  | by KnightWolverine on Jan 21, 2013 9:05:42 am [homepage] And to think back in my 20's I used to build Pole Barns in this stuff...One mistake I made early on was "never" when it's minus anything to stick extra nails in your mouth when climbing to your next truss....Thankfully my boss at the time had warm coffee and was able to free said nails from my mouth without tearing my skin...Though we are not as cold as it is where your located(currently -20)but we haven't been this cold in over 4 years here and folks seem to get a false sense of security when it gets this cold...My oldest 2 sons are all on call right now for having to rescue those with dead batteries and the phone has been ringing off the hook since 5 am.They say to just keep that wood burner roaring dad!...lol.... Try and stay as warm as possible Jim!! |
