Seasons Greetings Fellow Artists and Friends...
Welcome once again to the Imagination of Wallace Creation.I'm glad you decided once again to drop by and see what's new.
Today I would like to take this time and share something from a Person/Artist that has inspired me since as far back as I can remember. Maybe you have heard of him...His name is Thomas Kinkade the Painter of Light.
I have been secretly trying for just over a year to get his style and techniques incorporated into my style of art and finally feel comfortable with sharing one as I feel I have finally succeeded and have enough confidence to give you all a chance to see what all these months of studying lighting has accomplished.
I realize that Thomas Kinkade is a "Painter" and this is "not" a painting but knew if I tried hard enough and studied long enough that I could do this in Bryce Pro 7.
Yes I have shared some over the past year to show my progression but this is the 1st time I have felt that I can attach the name of the person that inspired me without feeling I haven't done him justice enough in the results I have achieved.
As my palms sweat and I am nervous as one can imagine because this is a big deal for me and have been hesitant to share because I didn't want to insult anyone that may know who he is and wanted to make sure I felt I have achieved a plateau in my artistic ability before taking this major step.
So with that said I would like to present my very 1st Thomas Kinkade Tribute for your viewing pleasure.
Here is a reference image for comparison...
