| Iphis Bliss from my "Chronicles of Korr - Sevaril". At the age of 19 in front of her father, Eamund's house, one year before she leaves her village, Elwaine. For two years she had known, her father is not her real father. When she was only few hours old, a group of men in the middle of the night knocked at the Bliss' family door and by both appeal and possible threats they ask him and his wife, just lost her own baby child one day before, to take care of this girl. Eamund's wife still in deep sorrows for her loss doesn't react, but when the not to wealthy farmer sees her smiling trustful eyes he doesn't need no persuation. At the age of six, Iphis forster-mother dies, never got over the loss of her own child. But Eamund took good care of Iphis, knowing she was something special and Iphis could never get a more caring father. Shortly after her forster-mother's death, the strange man; Pentwahir arrives in the village and offers Eamund to be her teacher. The farmer sees no pure coincidence in this event and Eamund quickly agrees. Pentwahir is no village teacher but one of the most powerful wizards regarded as an equal by the elves. He gives Iphis the best education possible in the whole kingdom. And at nine, Iphis starts to practice in the use of weapons: Swords, axe and the bow, several hours each day. All driven by her own will and desire. But all the time helping her father with the daily farm work. First at her age of seventeen her father told her he is not her real father. In some way she is not totally surprised but her love for Eamund doesn't weakens a bit, she loves him even more and still call him father. And Eamund is very proud of his forster-daughter and support her fully, needed because not all in the village like her and the way she lives. She is a both beautiful, tall and strong young woman by her many hard hours of weapon practising and work. Friendly of nature but demands respect as a person as well she show respect the same to others. Her great knowledge and many skills as well as her extreme well speaking tongue do that no one can put her down in a twist with words. Walking around, not in women's dress but in pants and helping one of her father's friends, the blacksmith, by time to time. And that, she at the age at twelve beat the boy-bullies up after they were very evil against one of her good friends did not give her more goodwill, as one of the boys was the oldest son of the richest farmer. Once again Eamund stood up for her. Gentle, but a sincere and honest person, so is her father. The same father by some called "Poor-Bliss. But never speaked out loud in the vicinity of Iphis. By her maturing, Iphis became more restless but her father needed her more and more because he became more and more weakened by illness. Iphis is fully aware that her life has been very special and that Pentwahir which she loves, did not came here in the far north by simple chance. Pentwahir is more than nomal well informed about what happens in the kingdom. The old king has been dead for over a year now and the crown prince is still missing, disappeared in the eastern mountains five years ago...The nobles can't come up with a solution in their rivalry and their council's secretary, Alarik gaines more and more power as the former great empire crumbles... Pentwahir does not tell her directly but she feels he is waiting for something...her? This was much, maybe. I felt for doing a image from my Sevaril story, so I did. All you see here is 3D (except the sky), lots and lots of props - and it took some hours..It has nothing to do with winter. What that fascinated me here was to portray this person at the fringe to start a new chapter of life. Hope you like this!
