| Hands soft by pampering Fingertips hard with calluses With eyes closed The cellists reveals his soul And all that is wholesome pours out of him For a few moments His heart is open and pure And for a few moments My heart is open and pure Tears that wash away my inadequacies Run down my cheeks And when he stops We both open our eyes Two strangers Who gave each other What they needed An artist very recently touched my heart and for a moment I felt cleansed and the tears that were pulled from me was my gift for the artist and the art that touched me for a moment was my gift from the artist. If you are wondering how this picture by Laura aka (Isabelle711) relates to the cellists it relates because this picture makes me feel warm and safe and brings comfort to me for a moment and that is all art can be ask to do. Thank you my friend so very much for letting your art dance with mine. I hope it also touches someone else’s heart for a moment ( please go check out her site ) For all of my artist friends here on RR (and there are many) thank you for your gift.
