Hi there Folks!

Continuing my tribute to cool and Fave Album covers!
This one, is my all time Fave Live Album, I SO WANTED to be Phil Lynott!
I saw the original Lizzy three times and have seen the plastic one twice.. Also, I have had the good luck to have met his Mother, Philomena, twice, a really delightful woman who loves the fans still..

Live and Dangerous is a live double LP by Irish band Thin Lizzy, released in 1978. It was recorded in Philadelphia, London and Toronto in 1977, during the tours accompanying the albums Johnny the Fox and Bad Reputation..
It went Platinum in the U.K. Was in the charts for over 100 weeks..
It is well know that the Album contains some over dubs, but is also considered one of if not the best Live album of all time...

I must confess, that Thin Lizzy were by far better live than on plastic.. Truly an awesome act..

Line Up:
Phil Lynott - lead vocals, bass guitar
Scott Gorham - lead guitar, backing vocals
Brian Robertson - lead guitar, backing vocals
Brian Downey - drums, percussion

John Earle - saxophone on 'Dancing in the Moonlight'
Huey Lewis (as 'Huey Harp') - harmonica on 'Baby Drives Me Crazy'

saw them once... oh a couple lifetimes ago... what a great act... album covers these days aren't worth a damn... usually jus close ups of the singers (?) soulful eyes.... bring back the art, dammit...
cool shot of yours here..... brings back memories!

Fantastic take on that album cover Rob and I think your design would have sold more copies.

Awesome band from a time of real music!

RIP... Phil Lynott & Gary Moore.

Terrific rendering in Poser of musical subject matter that is way out of my league, interest wise, Rob.
And, love that new avatar!

Wooow - haven't heard anything by them in a while.....

This is truly a rockin' album cover, Rob! You do an awesome job on these, mate - you've come a long way in a short time with your 3D stuff, my friend! What talent and an excellent mentor can create!
