| Walking through the shadows Of the places I have been I can’t help but wonder About the souls that I have encountered Not the souls that have passed on Souls that have moved on Friends who I would have died for Are now faded memories Of laughter and tears I wonder where they are What is going on in their lives I wonder if my friendship Made an imprint on their souls I wonder if I even cross their minds anymore The day before yesterday I walked around the chub, this is a place where I am working that has now been shut down and the rest of the plant will follow in about 8 months. This will be the fourth place that I have worked at that closed up. Again I have made a few really good friends that I will probably never see again. Such is the nature of life I suppose. The photo is of the Frye Museum in Seattle that I took a couple of years ago. I hope you like the combination of the two. Randy |

by Isabelle711 on Jun 12, 2012 9:36:15 pm [homepage] With each Special Friendship there is an imprint that will last forever. :)) So I know you have left an imprint on the friends you have here. :)))) We all may not be from the same location, but imprints have been left to enjoy. :)) I always made very good friends no matter where I worked and when we all got better jobs and moved on and got busy with our own lives we then lost touch, but my best friend from high school no matter how busy life gets we make time for one another and it is the best feeling ever. :))) True friends that mean the world to you are the ones you make time for. :)))))) True friends are the ones that cross your mind the most. :))) So my friend I want to say that an imprint you have left. :)))) Thank you. :) Love this image with this poem. :)) Both are excellent in each and every way. :)) Thank you for sharing what your heart feels and for sharing all of the beauty you see. :)))) Carry A Smile In Your Heart :))))

I am sure you are thought about by past friends just as you are thinking about them now.
Nice poem. I have often thought this same thing. I'll say a prayer for you to find another job. And I think about you a lot. Miss the BS time we use to have.

by drifterlee on Jun 13, 2012 11:25:06 am [homepage] Wonderful poem and shot, Randy! Have all your old friends give you their numbers and keep in touch. I usually use my email to keep in touch with people I met at different horse stables.
that photo has such depth and is very interesting...all the elements in it and the poem of course is excellent... so many people get affected by corporate shutdowns and layoffs, etc. it is a common and worsening thing in the u.s. that has been caused by incidents that occurred years and years ago and people want everything instant here...insant oatmeal, instant coffee, instant love, instant divorce...it is a society of instant and i fear these things will worsen before getting any better as this situation has NO instant fix and again it has been caused by actions occuring years and years ago...imo... chills and thrills
