I've been worrying and fussing over this image for days now but I think I finally came close to what I actually had in mind.
I had commented on a wonderful photo that Dreamingbee had posted in her gallery. I told her the centerpiece of the photo would make a wonderful Poser prop. She, being the generous friend that she is, offered to allow me to use the photo as a background for an image.
I wanted to do something special with it, and several ideas went though my mind, but I finally settled on this one. A beautiful, Victorian lady, posing in front of this wonderful wall. I had a devil of a time getting the skirt on the dress right, and I am still not really happy with it, but it was driving me bonkers so I settled :-) I couldn't get shoes to fit right on her feet, so yes, you do see toes peeking out at you.
I don't usually write this much information on an image, but I did so want to honor this wonderful photo and I wanted to tell you all how this overall image came to be. That being said...thank you Dreamingbee for allowing me to use this wonderful photo as a backdrop for an image :-)I hope you like what I did with it.
Thank you for viewing :-)
