Claude has it right, such elegance, but then aren't the Elven Folk always elegant and graceful and beautiful? You've chosen the perfect lighting, and again, I have to agree with Claude, using blues is the perfect choice. So here he is, hunting by the light of the Full Moon in the deep forests. This is just gorgeous.

Great to see a new image from you, Sandy! And this one is wonderful. Love the mysterious night-time lighting. It's difficult to do well, but you really nailed it here. Bravo!
I just picked up that package with the intention of doing a "Witcher" type image, but now that I've seen your work, I shall have to step up my game!

very sensitive, Sandy, very intimate: even with a warrior-like presence with a spear, the intimacy & closeness of the image makes us feel he's aiming that spear at something inside all of us, a remover of obstacles, a warrior of the 'soul'. Your lighting on the face, on portions of his outfit and on the spear itself is very expressive (not random at all); and the light to the right of the image---the light in the forest shining through in the upper right corner---gives intimation of a Dawning in the distance. And all that blue---the color of inwardness & reflection---makes the image seem like it's taking place within our own meditations & memories. Very sensitively done, inwardly too; and with great skill as well. Thank you so much for your kindness & reception in my gallery, it means a great deal to me. I hope you are well, and send you much light. A very thoughtful image, this; and I hope you have light in your life, in & out.

Gorgeous image! I love the POV, lighting, and atmosphere. When I look at him, I am transported into the pages of the 'Lord of the Rings.' I am like Sam gazing with wonder at beings so seemingly perfect, pristine, and beautiful, yet a bit distant and unattainable by mere mortals. I love the light shining on him and through the trees. Beautiful shading and detail. I like the hint of green in his clothing and surroundings, and the silvery blue of his skin, hair, arrow point and fletching. The arrow seems a part of him. Beautifully done!
