My muse has been sleeping for a few months, mostly due to illness.
Also partly from depression as I have been diagnosed with cataracts. At least it can be eventually cured,, but only after I lose my vision again.
Had a little strength today, so just had to force myself to actually finish something.
The release of the new Stephanie 4 model gave me a little inspiration.
My apologies for being slow at visiting galleries.
I have been visiting a few each day as my strength allows, but have gotten very far behind. Sorry if I have missed you.

Oh Sandy, I was so hoping that you were beginning to feel a bit better. I'm so sorry to read that things are not well, especially the part about the cataracts. That can't make the depression any better. I really really feel saddened by this news. For what it's worth, I am keeping you in my prayers.
I too think you should spend your time creating .. we'll come and visit your gallery whether you make it to ours or not.
I love this new image, it is simply stunning and beautiful and fabulous! The little dragon child is too precious! The posing is awesome. And your lighting is just magnificent. The fractal in the background adds even more magic to this exquisite image!

I am actually doing somewhat better healthwise.. even been able to walk my dogs and catch up a little on some housework. But it takes everything out of me, so no energy left for much creativity.
Thank you all for your comments and concern.. it means a lot to me.. each and every one of you bring me strength.

Glad to hear that you are doing a bit better, Sandy. Those cataracts are a real bother, but they may be prove to be a blessing in disguise. After the surgery, your vision will be better than ever before! The new lenses they use these days are incredible.
A beautiful and magical image, Sandy! The lighting and the background that you chose for this image really add to the magic, and the expression on that little dragon's face is just priceless! Bravo!

this is a poignent message both in the words and the graphics.
I love the fiery flame that I see burning here, it speaks to an inner spirit that refuses to surrender despite the physical pain. The dragon of course is the release from the real world and he allows us to venture into places only the mind can know.
