An edgy version of my last post (The Governess) loosely inspired by Henry James's ghost story The Turn of the Screw. Thanks for the private constructive comments. It helps. All done in Bryce with some Daz imported characters. The final vignette framing was created in Filter Forge.

Free stuff: picnic basket and food by Treasure Chest, bread by Kimberly.3d (Renderosity), Crinoline 1 and 2 dresses by Chohole and Jan 19 (ShareCG), and the Pollyanna dress for Maddy was found at Faerie Dreams.

Thanks for looking and for any comments you care to leave. Sorry to post a similar image again, but I couldn't let this one go until I tried a different version.

Exceptional! I love the way the image has developed - the lighting and the additional of the second governess gives it a wonderful creepiness... The Turn of the Screw has always been one of my favourite ghost stories too...

I love The Turn of the Screw too. The creepiness and sense that all is not as it seems, is perfectly illustrated here! Beautiful lighting and the woman partly obscured in the mist and shadows is an excellent addition!
