|Here's an actual shot from my upcoming film, 'The Chronicles of Nerm.' I have half of the voices for the film recorded (and I hope to release some exciting casting news soon), so I'm slowly starting to switch gears into animating the film.
Thanks for all the support here, I'm trying to move along as fast as I can!
Thanks for viewing

Awesome robot, fantastic design and textures, great scene and effects, great render!!
Looking Good, and dont forget WALL E when its released
It's unfortunate I keep getting so many comparisons to Wall-E. My original Nerm film was created years before Wall-E started production.
Great character! I'm really looking forward to the film!
Exceptional work. I definitely agree that there is some resemblance to Wall-E, but for those of us that have followed your work here, it might be more accurate to say that Wall-E bears a close resemblance to your Nerm character.
Wonderful robot and fantastic work.
Hey Chris I'd not heard of Wall-E (looked it up on the web), but the reseamblance to your film is incredible on many levels, copyright infringement springs to mind ;,).
But to even think their film has a resemblance to yours is a measure of how good yours is, were talking Disney and Pixar mate, only you've done yours virtually single handed. Bravo and I can't wait to premier yours with my son, it has more meaning to us.
Do you intend showing it at any of the Festivals.
Excellent modeling, and image, well done...
Sweet man! Hey, If you need voices, I'd be honored to lend mine. Although my equipment is poor. I do a pretty good Arnold impression, Godfather, and various accents.
Perfect and professional render!! I'd like to pinch his cheek, if he had one.
Keep it up...the work that is.
Amazing work as usual, Chris. I don't mind waiting as long as it takes for you to make your animation the quality that you want. Personally, I'd be first in line to buy any training you created around your workflow. I would love to see how you create your characters. If that ever comes about, please keep us informed. In the meantime, I am waiting patiently for your new film. It's a very exciting project, indeed. :)
brilliant i really love this character
i had not heard about WALL-E before, but i just read the Wiki entry, and i have no doubt that your film is going to be much more entertaining. so, dont lose heart. good luck !
Thanks for the comments everyone. Sorry, it's just been a bit frustrating, I'm getting a ton of emails that basically all say 'your stuff looks great, I see you're heavily influenced by Wall-E!' My original Nerm film was started in 2001, so obviously there was no Wall-E influence! It's just a bit frustrating, curse you Pixar! =) And believe me, the story is going to be much different (unless Wall-E is about a crazed, mass murdering bug-robot child too!)
@chrispoole: Yes, I'll be submitting to every festival that will allow me worldwide!
@ExprssnImg: I'm sure youre AMAZING, but I actually have some legitimate film and tv actors that have signed on! ;)
un robot con actitud me encanta eso,tu primera pelicula esta genial lol con ese robot seguro pasarimos horas de entretenimiento cuando no tuvieramos con quien platicar.
mind blowing - look forward to more snippets and of course, the final film.
Oh wow! Amazing stuff!
Superb modelling, excellent work.
Can't wait to see more!!!
Very nice work.
Very beautiful and very nice image.
Very nice little fella:)
I've just watched the video for maybe the tenth time, and I'm still seeing details I missed the last time. You have a real hit here, good luck with the project.
