It's come to my attention that I'm behind on my quota for posting nude twi'leks on this site. So here's a contribution towards that front, an indigo blue twi'lek, in a blue shaded room, contrasted by the planet-wide city of Coruscant. If you want to see a topless version of my last twi'lek post, look over on Renderotica under the artist name "chimera".

Well, now this little number has been rendering on my system on and off for about 48 hours, the final render taking 22 hours and was stopped two thirds through when I ran out of memory. What you see here is a composite of 1 full render and 2 partials for the reflection areas in the window and on the arm rest. I had a lot of false starts and re-renders as I fiddled with the ray trace and reflection settings to get just that right kind of shimmering reflection that might come from some kind of distortion field for a window. I think the effect came out okay, though it's not perfect.

The pose itself is based on a Playboy set with Jennifer Walcott, and the body here is based somewhat loosely on her (she is for instance, not blue and a little more toned/athletic).

The indigo blue texture started from DM's Luciana character for V4. Again, the body here was shaped with Wyrmmaster's V3 Sexy Slayer mags. The face and tatoos were added by me. The lighting started as a set made by Porthos, and the scene props (couch, window, and city background) were all pulled off props/sets available for free on And of course last but not least the Twi'lek head gear are a long time freebie by PhilC

I dunno man, I gotta be honest- the deformers for v3 do some odd things to the V4 mesh- beyond bad plastic surgery nightmares. You normally do really awesome work and this seems a bit hurried for ya.
Her eyes have no reflection or specularity in the cornea and iris, so they appear dead. Her hands are not producing any shadows upon her skin where they touch- and there is no apparent shadow where her arm or body meets the couch. These subtleties missing from the image cause a flattening and cartoonish feel to the scene. Please understand after all these years, I am not beating on ya- just giving you honest and true feedback because I know you see it too- anything other than honesty would be insulting to a real friend. I expect you to give me the same treatment good sir!

Electric, I mean electric blue ! I think the glass reflection worked out pretty kool and it's good to see another sexy Twi'lek around these parts !
All I think she needs is a touch of postwork on her arm-pit, otherwise it's a kool sci-fi pin-up !
~Cheers~ :o)

I'd say this is more than worth the effort it took your computer to render. You know with a blue skin Twi'lek and that background in the window I'm getting a KOTOR flashback.
