Giving Thanks

| Wishing everyone a very safe, healthy and Happy Thanksgiving! This tradition was established in the early days of the United States, even before it was named as such. It was a time when people were happy and thankful just to have food on their tables that they could share with their neighbors. Most people in the world today have a much more comfortable life than that of the settlers in America, but there are still millions of people in the world who suffer from hunger and illness. So I give thanks for all I have and I hope that some day, everyone will have the same benefits that many of us take for granted. Of course, we can hardly expect the greedy ultra rich who hoard most of the wealth of the world, to develope a conscience and share a small portion, so that the least fortunate can live a decent life!
